• Budget proposal, management and allocation

• Timeline development and management for all aspects leading up to and day of event

• Event planning and design that covers all the details of your celebration to include (but not limited to) —

• Design of invitations and other paper products

• Color palette and lighting and ambiance selection

• Table setting design and linens selections

• Vendor recommendation and management to include outside rentals, florals, catering, lighting and ambiance

• Wedding cake design

• Day of Coordination to include set-up, execution and clean-up

Partial Planning & Design

You have done some of the work and pulled together some amazing Pin-worthy ideas. You want to be hands on, but you need some help in bringing your inspiration to life.

What’s Included:

• Budget consultation and allocation

• Timeline development for all aspects leading up to and day of event

• Vendor management during event

• Day of coordination to include vendor management, set-up and clean-up

Day of Decorating & Event Management

You have every detailed covered. You need some help with day of execution, and you want your family to enjoy themselves, and not work on your wedding day or event.

What’s Included:

• Budget consultation

• Timeline and layout management

• 1 - Consultation prior to event to discuss day of details

• Confirm day of details with all vendors

• Vendor management during event

• Day of decorating to include set-up and clean-up

• Ceremony Coordination

• Vendor Coordination

• All in-house rental items included in our day of decorating

Help with the Little Details

Forgot something small, such as cutting the cake? No problem! We love to help with all the little details to make your big day the best!

• Cake Cutting and Service (buffet style) - $50 per hour, 1 hour minimum

• Refill your cookie or dessert bar - $100 per hour, 1 hour minimum

• Food Service buffet style - $120 per hour, 1 hour minimum

• Transition space from luncheon to reception - $450
